A milestone event for Aurora Pointe in Aspen Heights

The groundbreaking celebration for Aurora Pointe in Aspen Heights brought together NAHC leadership, partners from the Canadian Mental Health Association, and federal representatives to honour the $38.3 million in low-interest loans from the federal government's Apartment Construction Loan Program.

Modular units arrived on-site nearly fully complete, and the first move-ins will begin in February 2026.

A mixed market rental, the market rate units help to support the affordable units financially, offsetting costs so we can provide lower rent to people in need. At Aurora Pointe, nine units will be set aside for people receiving support from the CMHA.
